  I went in to make a return fir Amazon, Amazon had me print a label at home, but when I got to Ups I discovered you can print a label at the kiosk instead of waiting on a very long line, since they must be short staffed. Anyways the app wouldn't allow me to print the label again. So the clerk yells from the other side, you can't do that! If amazon asked you to print a label, that's your responsibility, you need to attach it to your package. I WAS THIRDLY EMBARRASSED!! I don't return things for a living... and I do not need to be scolded... I'm not a child... needless to say, I won't be coming back to this shop. BTW I went back to the app, and got my label fixed. Went in printed the label and left.. Thanks for nothing lady

  I would recommend The UPS Store #5799 in Vancouver, WA 98682. I had such a positive experience with Jennifer & Jen on 05/16/2026! This duo were incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and helpful from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer our questions about shipping multiple items, box sizes, and pricing. They made the process easy and stress-free, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. It was refreshing to encounter a team that is both professional and welcoming. I appreciate their time to help me ship baby shower gifts to the new parents. I will be using this location next time I have deliveries or returns.
