  Terrible customer service while here. Kid with dark curly hair with headphones in helped me and I think he finished my sandwich in 1 minute he was going so fast. Needless to say parts of my sandwich had everything I wanted while other parts had nothing. I honestly would have rather him been rude cause at least I’d have a good sandwich lol

  Came to Subway this am to get a quick bite to eat. It’s 8:50 am and I’ve been standing here with my daughter for 15 minutes, while the gal inside sees us standing here. She yells at me from behind the counter and locked, closed doors we’re not open. I said excuse me but you have your open sign on and yours hours posted say 8am-9pm M-F. She screams back at me, not today. And continued to completely ignore us. I have never had something like this happen to me. She was extremely rude and unkind. Hopefully you adjust your schedule if you don’t open at 8 and please turn off your open sign.

  I went in to get a sandwich at this subway in particular multiple times and this same girl with blondish hair had helped me each time I went in, each time i payed for my food she told me “thank you have a nice day” then forgot my drink more then 3 times on different days and mind she wasn’t friendly. I also heard that they consistently change the dates on there foods and have witnessed a massive amount of ants all around the drinking fountain and on the floor. I would not recommend this location but if you drive an extra 3-5 minutes toward the mall there’s a subway on 65th st where there’s amazing customer service and a bug free environment. Watch the people you communicate with, as nothing in this world is never what it seems 🚶🏽‍♂️
