    Stood there while the worker continued to slice meat and ignore me. Then proceeded to turn off the alarm on the oven which was right in front of me and continued to ignore me standing there. Hours posted showed they were open. We made eye contact multiple times through me standing there while they continued to organize meat in trays. Don't waste your time like I did.

    We went to the store within walmart with a coupon we had received from our weekly mail. We SPECIFICALLY asked before the order was started that if this coupon will work at this location. The lady worker said, "Yes, we take coupons." My husband proceeded to have 3 footlongs to be made. And we made sure to read the fine print and not order the ones that were excluded. the employee proceeded to make the sandwiches and had the older employee start to check out and they looked at us and didn't even attempt to scan the coupon, and they said "sorry they don't take coupons." My husband said," I'm sorry, what? I asked before we started the sandwiches if you took these, " and the lady employee said "sorry we don't." It was like she just chose not to take them. My husband said, " ok, well, this isn't our normal subway we go to, I'll take the coupon back, and we will go else where, I politely asked before the transaction.. The lady threw the coupon across the counter and said we had to pay for the sandwiches, and my husband said, " I'm not paying 3x the amount, especially when I specifically asked before the transaction" and as we were walking out of the employee was aggressive and said " how rude" and my husband turned around and said "excuse me? that it was completely uncalled for, and that it wasn't necessary to say that and that she had terrible customer service skills." We asked for a manager. the employee shrugged and said no it's just us. we asked what the managers name was, and she said she didn't know. So we knew at that point we wouldn't get anywhere. we will be contacting corporate Subway to file a complaint.

    Everything was excellent except subway had mixed their sweet onion sauce with teriyaki, which is a terrible substitute for some sandwiches. Probably won't eat here as much.

    I ordered $57 worth of subs for my family after a very long day. I ordered from the subway app. After waiting 45 minutes I received a text stating my order had been cancelled and I needed to contact the subway directly. I called the location. The employee that answered the phone answered with “hello” I asked “is this subway?” He confirmed it was. I let him know about my order. I was told an employee had walked out that night so they need to close early and cannot complete my order. I explained to him that I was charged $57 for sandwiches that they now would not be delivering. He said I should be refunded but he didn’t know when or how. I explained that I needed to be refunded immediately. He hung up on me. I attempted to call back numerous times and no one would answer. I called the next afternoon and was told only a manager can refund me and they wouldn’t be able to get back to me until Monday. This all started on Thursday evening. I said that’s unacceptable. I finally spoke with someone saying they are a manager and I can come to the location to pick up the money owed. I appreciate that they are finally going to refund me. HOWEVER the tone and words I received from the manager made it clear I am an inconvenience and she is annoyed at being bothered with this. I’ve worked customer service my entire life and I would have been fired for this type of treatment. Horrible experience and they did nothing to actually make it right. No apology at all. I will stay away from this location in future. I would love to speak to an actual owner or manager that cares about customer retention. I doubt that will happen.
