  David and Chuni were fantastic at helping my boyfriend and I ship a package out to my bf's brother for his birthday. The package got there in time. David made it easy and painless. Chuni was learning, but her smile and great attitude made our experience great! We'll definitely be back to this location for all our shipping needs.

  I’ve had quite an experience with Shannon, the owner, and I genuinely believe the team could benefit from a fresh perspective. I’ve always approached our interactions professionally, but I’m unsure why she feels the need to inspect my packages and ask me to open a box I'm shipping. A new approach might really enhance the atmosphere here. I’m hopeful that with some positive changes, the environment can be welcoming for everyone!

  Thank goodness they are open later than other Office Depots are. I needed to use the self service printers and had some unexpected challenges. The lady there was so kind and helpful and helped me get my job done before closing time. The highlight of my evening!

  Not sure which one is worst, ups (I missed it again) or FedEx. Apparently I have to cancel my day and sit by the door until they decide to show.
