  Mario is the best! Had issues moving all info from old to new phone at home with my laptop. We spent about 2 hours off and on between other customers to finish the process. Several ways to move the info and finally completed on 3rd process! Hang on to Mario he is the Cricket guy! Also, we use Cricket in Texas and they are amazing also! Great move to Cricket several years ago.!

  The manager was helpful and quick. My son broke his phone and we went in to buy a new one. He set it up in no time and away we went.

  Mario make sure to go above and beyond for his customers! Even coming out to help me with my car issues I was having ! Such a staple to his community! He was a delight and so helpful and patient with my phone problems he's very appreciated! Only reason I come to this location because of him and his superior customer service skills. P
