  I rushed to this location right when I got off work and got there literally 5 minutes before they closed, and I felt terrible. But I walked in, nearly crying out of frustration, and was SO kindly greeted by Zuko! He was so nice, kind, understanding, and helpful! I apologized repeatedly about coming in so close to closing time and he understood where I was coming from and assured me it was okay. ON TOP of the GREAT customer service he literally fixed my sons phone by 7:02pm. Within MINUTES he fixed the issue I was dealing with all day. I am still so grateful that he was there today because I was in the verge of tears and he helped, joked, made me feel better, and was genuinely a kind person. 10/10 would recommend this location because of Zuko. Give that man a raise or a promotion.
