  The store opened 10 minutes late. Then the very large person who helped me tried to rip me off for $5. When you pay for 2 months case you only owe $75. She immediately said $80 for 2 months. You only have to pay the $5 cash fee once no matter how many months you buy. I wonder if other people have been ripped off by this scam?

  Samantha has been more than amazing with her patience sCustermer oriented attitude. I have not seen a rep anywhere with the skills she possess to fix issues like mine. It hasn't been resolved yet but I'm grateful for her.

  Samantha helped me transfer my old iPhone info to my new iPhone and she helped me get a better priced plan that is exactly what I need. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. While I was there an older couple came in needing help with their phones. Samantha multitasked and helped all of us at the same time rotating between phones as the data transferred. I highly recommend this Cricket store. I received excellent customer service and a friendly experience.
