Showed up and guy was sitting on one chair with his legs stretched out on another chair like he was sleeping. I felt like I disturbed him. He asked what I needed and I said I needed help activating a phone. I tell him I got it at Fred Meyer and handed him a SIM. He refused to use it and said he had to sell me a new one I said OK and asked if he was going to put it in for me. He did it and handed me the phone and said I had to set it up, I asked for some help because I'm tech challenged and can't see well and he said "I'm not able to touch it" even though I gave him permission. I asked him multiple times and he was just unwilling to help. Then he tells me that the phone is bad and that's why he can't help me. Then the phone started talking back to us and he couldn't turn it off he said that he didn't know how to do it and I can't either so I had to go back to the store to return it. He just wanted to kickback and get me out of the store. Guy is tall with long hair and a big red brown beard.
