  The people here are kind but they don’t actually open at 8:30 am, there have been numerous occasions where I’ve come 10 minutes after opening and everything is still locked up.

  I’ve been there a few times recently and every time the younger gentleman has been working the front desk. He has been so helpful and even saved me a few dollars with an alternative shipping suggestion today. I’m thankful and really appreciate the customer service!

  I live nearby so I've visited this store quite a few times. Your experience is highly dependent on who the front desk person is. One of my recent visit was to return a Verizon modem. It could be a language barrier or poor customer service, but the front desk associate was not helpful when she had trouble processing the return and insisted that I should have a "return code" from Verizon. I later brought the same modem to a different UPS location, and the return was processed in less than 2 minutes without any hiccup.
