  The store isn't open or staffed during the stated hours. I cross-checked both the website and the sign on the door. No one was inside and the lights were off; no one answered the phone.

  Very disappointing experience. Avoid this place if you don’t want to ruin your mood. They tried to charge me for printing a return label even though the shipment was already prepaid by the company. The pricing for printing is unreasonable for such low quality. The receptionist was unfriendly, unhelpful, and didn’t explain anything clearly. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and frustrating. Would not recommend.

  This store makes you pay to package items that you’ve already paid shipping for. I returned an item to a company in that company Charged me for shipping an item back when I got to the store. I gave them the item and it’s bagging and they told me I had to purchase one of their bags to ship my item. I explained to them I’ve already paid for it because that’s what the company does when you pay for your shipping on a return and she said no they only paid for the label not to actually ship the item and I showed her it shows that it’s paying for the item to go back to them which includes you bringing the package itself so there’s no reason that they are charging people an additional amount to ship an item that was already paid for and the best part is she asked me to pay 499 which is exactly what I paid the seller to return the item. This location is a scam. I have returned items from this same seller multiple times and only had to drop the item off so long as it was still packaged, and this location requires you to buy one of their packaging to ship the item off.
