  I placed an order using the app to pick up at this location. It was the first time I have visited this one. The two people who were working around 5PM on the 17th of May were great! I had put in special instructions but one of the "artists" was in training and the instructions got missed. So I asked if that was my order and it was, so I let them know that I had put in special requests and could tell they missed it, nothing huge and easily corrected. Both employees had great attitudes and apologized. I know that you get into a rhythm and things happen so it was used as a training tool. I also asked for the knife to be cleaned before it was used to cut the sandwiches because of allergy issues. The very nice man said it was standard to do that at that location 😮. Most locations stick the knives in a storage thing, some have ice & water in them, but the knives don't get cleaned off which then gets transferred onto the next sandwich. And if you ask for it to be wiped off, either you get attitude, eye rolls, hard sighs, or other rude things. Yes, I understand that appears like I'm asking for "too much" but it's a life or death issue and cleaning a knife should be standard protocol at every location. I also noticed that the prep area was super clean and all the ingredient containers were also clean and everything looked fresh. I am keeping it on my list of "safe" places for me to eat at and not have to worry they will screw it up, at least for now.

  Often does not participate in Subway promotions ($3.99 Protein Pocket for example--this store wants $5.99).

  I've been to many of these locations, but the cold cut foot long I ordered (with extras and reductions) was the best I've had in years. And I loved that the foot long was divided into two separate sections. Wish the others did that. Will be back again.
