  I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding team at your UPS location: Payton, James, and Austin. This team consistently goes above and beyond — they lead with confidence while still rolling up their sleeves and working diligently to make sure every customer is taken care of. Their attentiveness and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stood out to me. Whether it’s a simple request or something that needs extra attention, these guys are always ready and prepared to get it done right.   Talk about accommodating!!! Absolutely thrilled with the service I received today and from now on, this will be the only UPS store I go to. I had to ship an item I sold online. The cost of the box and filling was not built into the price since I didnt know I would be shipping it when I listed it. I took it down to the UPS store and told them my situation. They TOTALLY hooked me up and made it completely seamless for me. The custome service I received made me a loyal customer from now on. I could be happier with they way they took care of everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  Paityn and Austin have excellent customer service! They helped me get my package quickly and had a great attitude, even though I arrived late (completely my fault). I am grateful for that easy interaction!
