  I recently visited the Subway inside the food court at the Outlet Mall in Tulalip, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly, and the wait time was about 8 to 10 minutes, which felt pretty reasonable in a busy food court setting. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, and the customer service was good. The food was fair overall—veggies and bread were fresh, but the roast beef didn’t taste as fresh as I hoped. For a footlong sub and a medium Coke, it came out to $22.77, which felt a bit pricey for a quick meal. Still, we appreciated the portion size, and the ingredients were decent quality. All in all, it was a solid visit, and the customer service left a good impression. I’d give them 4 stars and would recommend this Subway if you’re at the Outlet Mall—just keep an eye on the price and maybe ask about meat freshness before ordering.

  Sandwich tasted so good 👍 Breads were freshly baked and they gave good portion of vegetables. The lady who took my order was so nice and sweet Will definitely come back 😊

  We arrived at 6:37 pm hoping to order just one sandwich, but the staff member told us they were already closed. The way she looked at us felt quite rude—she could have simply said they were closed in a more polite and friendly manner. What made it more frustrating is that other nearby restaurants were still taking orders, and their website states they close at 7:00 pm.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Subway. The place wasn’t clean, which made me question the hygiene, and the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the environment and service are so unwelcoming. Definitely not going back to this location anytime soon.
