  I’m usually very lenient - this is my first review below 5 stars. The female server working around 1 PM on September 3, was rude, unpleasant, and easily panicked under pressure. Her attitude toward us also felt noticeably different enough that I genuinely wondered whether race played a role. I would have let the service slide if the sandwich was decent. It wasn’t. Uneven sauce, barely any meat, and honestly so bad I couldn’t even eat it. Bad service, bad food. I won’t be back.

  I visited this Subway today and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the service. After taking my order, the employee immediately went to the back. I needed assistance and waited at the front for around 5–10 minutes. I also tried calling her, but she completely ignored me. I even heard her colleague telling her to come to the front because a customer was calling, but she still did not come. When she finally came back, she told me that the camera was not working, which did not seem truthful based on what I had witnessed. I understand that employees can be busy, but ignoring a customer intentionally who is waiting for assistance is not acceptable. I hope management looks into this incident and improves the customer service at this location.

  False advertising, they have 6 inch menu for 4.99. Ordered one of these and they charged me little over $10. Not coming back

  I recently visited the Subway inside the food court at the Outlet Mall in Tulalip, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly, and the wait time was about 8 to 10 minutes, which felt pretty reasonable in a busy food court setting. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, and the customer service was good. The food was fair overall—veggies and bread were fresh, but the roast beef didn’t taste as fresh as I hoped. For a footlong sub and a medium Coke, it came out to $22.77, which felt a bit pricey for a quick meal. Still, we appreciated the portion size, and the ingredients were decent quality. All in all, it was a solid visit, and the customer service left a good impression. I’d give them 4 stars and would recommend this Subway if you’re at the Outlet Mall—just keep an eye on the price and maybe ask about meat freshness before ordering.

  Sandwich tasted so good 👍 Breads were freshly baked and they gave good portion of vegetables. The lady who took my order was so nice and sweet Will definitely come back 😊
