  I thought great Michael Kors purse that’s nice. Good price and I thought I found a summer bag about not even a week later it broke the strap broke on me. It just fell down on the sidewalk and I thought it was the latch at first and I said no it actually just came off not even a week later. I’m very appalled about the name, especially for the name. You should have better quality and When I returned the purse, I talked to this guy named Russ and when I did arrive there I did say to him already what you guys should do is actually give me my refund back but give me another one for free and he said no we don’t do that and I’m very appalled. Like I said I’ve been telling everybody about this and it’s actually really a disgusting way of customer service and when I did see him I had to ask someone is Russ here. He didn’t say nothing to me. He acknowledge me. They didn’t say hi to me sorry, Didn’t say anything about saying any apologies and that you came all the way out here from Canada to the USA just to return the purse and or even bother giving me another one at a price like something like $20 at least and no problem if it breaks, it breaks 20 bucks no big deal. I’m not coming all the way down again, I found the stuff a little bit sarcastic and fake. I did not appreciate Russ not saying anything to me and I make sure that I complain. I put it out there and I hope that the company does something about this like I said I came all the way down there just to show the purse refund it. I want my money back and it’s the principal behind it that it’s not made well especially for the name. You should be backing it up. It’s supposed to be Michael Kors here not amused, not happy dissatisfied. Didn’t even say hi to me didn’t say nothing didn’t say sorry and it’s too late. You only get one shot with me. That’s how it goes with me when I write reviews you only have that one chance and you blew it.

  Staff are not rude. The products are nice. The corporate policy that only one paper bag is given out to one customer is truly misguided. I bought gifts for my friend's family. The staff firmly refused to let me buy another paper bag. An otherwise great shopping experience turned sour in one minute. What's wrong with this company? It's just a paper bag. Make your customers happy not angry. Set a rule: minimum $50 purchase qualifies for a paper bag. MK: you're crazy in your corporate headquarters.
