I purchased a Cricket wireless plan about 2 years ago. Everything seemed to be going fine. Only complaints is that the internet can get slow and lag quite a bit, the phone I bought seems to work pretty well and is adequate. This is just a backup phone for me, not my main phone line, I am a busy business professional. About 2 weeks ago, the phone service was suspended without Any valid reason? I am on auto pay, so I expect payments to go through every single month month in month out, I have plenty of money in the bank so there's no issue about not having the funds to cover it. I contacted Cricket wireless was on the hold for a very long time and finally when they answered, they said. Oh, it was because there was a service change where they're offering better service, but it kicked me off the auto payment plan and they wanted me to give my payment information credit card info over the phone. I'm not giving my credit card information to some stranger over the phone no way. So now I'm at Cricket wireless in Auburn.It's about 11:50 AM and I'm waiting for them to open.They don't open to 12.I've got to spend my busy valuable time.Getting this dealt within store.I don't appreciate this whatsoever
