  This is our 2nd time coming down to this location. These people don't listen at all. Sugar on my fries, I said salt and pepper. I had to repeat the order 3 times, and she still didn't get it right until the last time I said it. We will NOT be back here again.

  I came in ordering my food and an employee fell down & the their coworker just laughed at them with no help. I find this place very yucky and disgusting management

  I see all the low reviews…. Maybe I just always come in at a good time but it’s always delicious and never an issue while ordering. Can’t recall a time something on my order was wrong. It’s always at least 4 different meals for my family- always leave happy Thank you all. I see how some customers behave , you guys always go out of your way to try and fix, even when it wasn’t you’re “fault”

  I brought my kids here to redeem their reading summer rewards for t free wings and the experience was trash, the woman had a issue with us using multiple coupons I have 6 kids and I believe it's their right to use their rewards they worked for it, then she wanted to charge me 30 cent per bag when I come here all the time and never been charged but the manager after requesting fixed the issue. Like where is the heart for children? I also bought food so what's this about? And they said they couldn't give me my receipt so that I could claim the points

  Make sure you check your order. Because they just nod and smile while you order and they get something wrong every time. Ordered 24 wings 2 flavors. You would think looking into the bag and seeing two separate containers with the flavors you ordered labled on top. But no you get home and it turns out they gave you 23 of one flavor and a singular wing of the other flavor wrapped individually and thrown into the container with the rest. Common sense is out the window with this place
