  They aren't bad, but communication could be better. I called in to see if I could make a change to an online order. I called immediately after the order was placed to try and not overly inconvenience anyone, but the person who answered the phone said they were busy, placed me on hold for 15 min at which point I just hung up and called back. The same person answered the phone again, said in Spanish that they did not understand then went to grab assistance at which point I was told the request was no longer possible. I mean a simple, "no, we can't do that" would have been fine and professional instead of giving me a run around. Otherwise, never any issues. The food is good, the place is clean, and they are fast.

  This is our 2nd time coming down to this location. These people don't listen at all. Sugar on my fries, I said salt and pepper. I had to repeat the order 3 times, and she still didn't get it right until the last time I said it. We will NOT be back here again.

  I came in ordering my food and an employee fell down & the their coworker just laughed at them with no help. I find this place very yucky and disgusting management

  I see all the low reviews…. Maybe I just always come in at a good time but it’s always delicious and never an issue while ordering. Can’t recall a time something on my order was wrong. It’s always at least 4 different meals for my family- always leave happy Thank you all. I see how some customers behave , you guys always go out of your way to try and fix, even when it wasn’t you’re “fault”
