  Stopped by this morning around 10:30AM and am sorry to say I was dissatisfied with the service. Everyone here has been kind and professional every time i’ve come with no issues no matter how busy it was. Well that stopped today. A short, curly haired male named ’Biwas’ (that was the name he gave me after I asked) was giving me an attitude the whole time he was talking to me. I smiled and greeted him while walking up with no reply from him. I followed packing instructions for a return and he let out a big sigh and kept talking down to me telling me I “come on bro you need to read the instructions better next time” while never making eye contact with me during the whole interaction. His tone was rude and condescending while people watched. He needs better understanding of customer service & professionalism. I won’t bother with this store anymore, thanks to him. Fix that attitude when you’re talking to your customers kid, you need to be more like Kris and your other coworkers. I am more than happy to talk to his boss if they have questions or need anything from me.

  The guys here at this location are on top of business they were busy and still got me taken care of in an emergency well done sam and bee thanks guys
