  Stopped by my local UPS Store to ship back some brochures that were printed incorrectly, and I had another great experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me with a friendly welcome and quickly helped me get everything packaged and sent back without any hassle. The store was very clean, organized, and offered a wide variety of shipping and business services. What stood out most was how helpful and professional the team was throughout the process. They made what could have been a frustrating return very simple and stress free. I've visited several UPS Store locations over the years and honestly have yet to have a bad experience. The consistency in customer service is impressive. Thank you to the team for the friendly service and quick assistance. Much appreciated!

  Currently attempting to get security camera footage from this location because of theft. The employees have been very unhelpful and accused me of lying because THEY never scanned my package which I handed over to one of their employees. I saw that same employee with the item I was attempting to shop IN HIS POCKET a few days later. The owner of this location is currently out of town and it’s not responding to emails or phone calls from police. Do not trust this location with your packages.

  Room for Improvement. Please train staff on customer service skills. Store was pretty dirty. This is not a location I would choose to return to.
