  This place is greedy!! Went to diferent store bc this locstion was going to charge me $4 just to tape my package. For God sake its a small box to tape plus an additional $4 for shipping label.?? Seriously? How much are u paying your employees??

Her knowledge of shipping and pricing us shipping boxes 📦 is unmatched from anyone, I have ever experienced. Kelly is a great hire. Please 🙏 let her know Farmer J appreciate her hard work 🙏 💪 💯

  As a business owner who pays for a mailbox at this UPS Store, it is extremely frustrating to arrive to pick up business mail or drop off products for shipment—only to find a sign on the door stating that the store is closed due to staffing shortages or employee illness. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but customers rely on the posted business hours, especially those of us using this location to operate our own businesses. When staffing issues arise, ownership or management should step in and ensure the store remains open and functioning. Repeated, unplanned closures disrupt my ability to access my business mail, fulfill customer orders, and ship products on time. If a location offers business mailbox and shipping services, dependable access during posted hours should be a basic expectation. This has been incredibly inconvenient and, in my opinion, unacceptable.

  I dropped my package with a credit card to this office The card was stolen and never left they’re office to the receiver instead it go used for over 30 transactions It’s been 2 months and I haven’t got a call back from anyone at this damn office Made a police report and nothing yet
