  The new owner, Jim is amazing and a problem solver. I've taken numerous projects to him beyond returning amazon purchases and I haven't stumped him yet. He's helped me ship some unusual and expensive items expertly and professionally. One item was an expensive acoustic, electric guitar and other was a vintage heirloom involving intricate and delicate glass pieces that needed to reach Colorado in complete safety. He managed both with rave reviews from the recipients so I figured I should give Jim and his renewed UPS location the credit he deserves. Thank you and I'll keep trying to stump you with problems that no doubt you will solve.

  Update to review: My previous review was for the former owner and the new owner (who has taken over in the past few months) was kind enough to pull me aside and ask for my feedback about my review after recognizing my name. Was a good conversation and i feel confident they are really turning things around from the old regime so i recommend giving them another shot. Original: Mixed experiences here do to toxic staff and owner. Be advised that one staff member will be pleasant to work with while another is not. Should you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with the owner themselves i wish you all the luck as they are the most toxic of the lot.

  The young woman working was very pleasant. The older guy bald headed was hostile and rude not only to my family, but impatient and hostile towards an elderly woman. I get your busy but kindness goes along way.
