    This store won't put a little tape on a package that needs it. But, the UPS in Proctor helps you out with a burgeoning package and is cheerful about it. The Pearl UPS tries to get you to buy tape. Not the best way to keep me as a customer. Go to Proctor.

    I was made to stand in line for 10+ minutes just to return my amazon package. When they got to the front I was told there is just a bin to put them in. Inconsiderate waste of my time. There is no sign for the amazon bin.
