  I made an appointment online to have some documents notarized, I had an appointment confirmation number for the location and the date and time. When I arrived the lady that was working told me that they don’t do notary again until Monday. I was confused and explained that I had scheduled an appointment and showed her the confirmation number. She showed no empathy towards the situation and was immediately defensive even after I told her I understand this is not her fault and that she won’t be able to do this for me today. I just wanted an option to provide feedback to someone that there is an option online to create an appointment for a specific service on days that service is not available. The other woman working said that she could give me the owners number and the first woman snapped back not to give me any information. She kept up with her hostile attitude towards me and the situation telling me that I will have to come back Monday never offering an apology of any kind. Again I understand that there was nothing to be done to resolve the issue today but the lack of any kind of customer service or empathy on the part of the staff that was working is unacceptable. I left the store feeling like I had done something wrong and inconvenienced them when in fact I had done everything I could to ensure that I didn’t waste anyone’s time by making an appointment for the service I needed. And when that didn’t work out, openly told them that I know this is not their fault. Still I was met with zero understanding or empathy on their end. I have had interactions with the owner before and he has always been kind and personable, I don’t think this is how he would expect his store to be run and his customers treated when he is not there.

  I would give 10 stars if I could! These people are my heroes! Thanks especially to lilli(?) Who helped me retrieve an object that I didn't mean to send. Love them!

  The new owner, Jim is amazing and a problem solver. I've taken numerous projects to him beyond returning amazon purchases and I haven't stumped him yet. He's helped me ship some unusual and expensive items expertly and professionally. One item was an expensive acoustic, electric guitar and other was a vintage heirloom involving intricate and delicate glass pieces that needed to reach Colorado in complete safety. He managed both with rave reviews from the recipients so I figured I should give Jim and his renewed UPS location the credit he deserves. Thank you and I'll keep trying to stump you with problems that no doubt you will solve.

  Update to review: My previous review was for the former owner and the new owner (who has taken over in the past few months) was kind enough to pull me aside and ask for my feedback about my review after recognizing my name. Was a good conversation and i feel confident they are really turning things around from the old regime so i recommend giving them another shot. Original: Mixed experiences here do to toxic staff and owner. Be advised that one staff member will be pleasant to work with while another is not. Should you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with the owner themselves i wish you all the luck as they are the most toxic of the lot.

  The young woman working was very pleasant. The older guy bald headed was hostile and rude not only to my family, but impatient and hostile towards an elderly woman. I get your busy but kindness goes along way.
