  I love this place! The people are nice. I think the main issue is that most online discounts don’t work here since this Subway is its own establishment but it helps a lot that it’s part of the University of Washington campus!

  Beat down , crappy customer service, didnt add enough sauce or veggie , over priced quailty was crap date may 6 2026 added date so can avoid this place

  We came in with a very large group, the 2 employees worked so hard and quick on filling all our orders to perfection. Thank you!

  My husband and I were staying from out of town, I walked in to pick up our mobile order and the guy was sitting down in the lobby on his phone with a friend. Did not greet me or tell me anything when I asked about my order. He then continues talking to this friend and ignores other customers coming in wanting food. The lobby is disgustingly dirty and clearly has the barely minimum staff. Terrible experience, will never return.

  Was having troubles with the app and called to ask if I could place an order through the phone or if it would be best to come in. Instead of getting an answer, the employee hung up on me. I've now called back a couple times thinking maybe it was a phone error/disconnect and they're now just dodging my calls. I'll be going to the 1111 up the street, hope you enjoyed my business while you had it! Get better employees or your location will be shut down in no time.
