  I’ve always found the veggie delight sub here to be tasteless - it’s really bad. Even when we ask them to add a veggie patty, they always say it’s out of stock. But if we forget to request it while ordering, they suddenly say it’s available - just at an extra cost. I really had a bad experience at this store.

  I love this place! The people are nice. I think the main issue is that most online discounts don’t work here since this Subway is its own establishment but it helps a lot that it’s part of the University of Washington campus!

  Beat down , crappy customer service, didnt add enough sauce or veggie , over priced quailty was crap date may 6 2026 added date so can avoid this place

  My husband and I were staying from out of town, I walked in to pick up our mobile order and the guy was sitting down in the lobby on his phone with a friend. Did not greet me or tell me anything when I asked about my order. He then continues talking to this friend and ignores other customers coming in wanting food. The lobby is disgustingly dirty and clearly has the barely minimum staff. Terrible experience, will never return.
