  Very stale bread ruins the sandwich. We got two footlongs subs with very stale bread. Very obvious it was baked yesterday, maybe the day before. $12-$14 per sandwich is pretty expensive when you have to ditch the bread and just eat the fixings. And even that was sad. Very limited lettuce, tomato, & onions put on the sandwiches. Feels like they put a low effort into take-out sandwiches. They know you'll be miles away when you see what the sandwich looks like.

  Purposely ignored the phone when i was calling trying to cancel an order because I placed it at the wrong address on accident. Found a ride to go get the sandwich and I called while inside the restaurant to see if ringer was broken or something but no the phone rang and it was literally being ignored by the girl and she was listening to music instead through Airpods. There was 2 employees 2 customers inside no reason they couldn't of answered the phone. Simply just chose not to. Also this place is knows for RATS and they literally poop on the open products , The onions and also the sauce that they keep in bins for sandwiches. I specifically did NOT want my sandwich from this place because of rodent/pest problems but I no longer had time to cancel i was on my lunch break. I WOULD have had time if they didnt choose to IGNORE the phone.

  The lady told me at the end of my order. After waiting in line for 20 minutes they didn’t take 50 dollar bills because they don’t have change???????!!!!!!????? So I gave her a $7 dollar tip in order to get my sandwiches. Total scam! I’m never coming back here again!!!!

  It's improved a lot since last year. They have stopped running out of ingredients, which is nice!

  I will never go back to this subway. The woman's restroom was out of order, so I used the men's. It was dirty and out of EVERYTHING!!! No TP, no soap, no paper towels. The two women working kept going out and smoking right next to the open front door. And i did not see either one wash their hands when coming back in from their smoke. The place was filthy.
