  Staff said the cookies were baked yesterday afternoon yet they taste a week old, both times I went there. Staff also didnt know how to add my phone number to the rewards program, seem under trained.

  I've ordered doordash from here multiple times and they always make things incorrectly. Did you not follow directions specified, or even the basic way they are supposed to make sandwiches. I know because I worked for Subway for 5 years. I've tried to call to speak to someone and they never answer. It's absolutely unacceptable to pay for things and not get what you paid for and it happens every time at this place

  one word awful. the girl making the sandwiches was in a black tank top sweating. she was touching everything bare handed; from the food, to her sides and sweaty head, to the counters and not once washer he hands. it took her my whole 30 min lunch break to make one sandwich(the person before me, she took so long i didn't have enough time to wait for her to make my food ). she kept stopping to pull out bread and go to the back referring to another employee and "hey babe". awful, she literally looked like a bum from the street who started making sandwiches, no uniform, no gloves, sweaty, not even once washed her hands.
