I stopped by this location on 417-2026 at 9:40 a.m. there was only one person working at the time and it looked like she was finishing up an order that was placed online. She failed to acknowledge me at all for at least 10 minutes, she was still working on the one order. When she finally talk to me she asked if I knew what I wanted, obviously I've been waiting over 10 minutes I'm pretty sure I know what I wanted. I gave her my order which was the sub of the day meal, 6 in. The store was clean as they probably have just barely been open for the day, I was just very upset that I was not even acknowledged when I walked in the door I'd had no idea if she was ever going to take my order or not. The location is not the best kind of location for that store, and they probably don't get a ton of customers. I drive by the store every single day on my way home I literally Live 2 minutes away from the store but I will never be back to that store ever. My sandwich was okay, it was basically a Subway sandwich not the best in the world but it'll do. The customer service was just very very poor and that is the reason I will not be back to that location.
The guy that was working tonight was very nice. He got slammed but was still pleasant one who walked in.

Stepped in for a quick sandwich. The singular employee was working on other sandwiches in an empty store. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, and the priority was to make sandwiches that had been pre-ordered rather than the walk-in customer. Subway has gone downhill since its heyday.
