If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I ordered through the Subway app for delivery and the order was delivered to the incorrect location (proof in the delivery picture) I even added delivery instructions to minimize any confusion. I followed the “help” link and it said to contact the store. I called the store multiple times and was hung up on. When they finally answered, I let them know I had an order that wasn’t delivered and was asked “can you hold on”. When they came back to the phone, I explained again that my order wasn’t delivered to my house and I was directed to call the store. The employee then tried to explain that I needed to contact DoorDash. I explained again that I had done that and was told to contact the store. He then says “listen, you need to talk to DoorDash, I’m busy.” I let him know AGAIN that I was following the directions DoorDash gave and disconnected the call. Staffing issues are not my problem as a customer, I did not deserve that treatment and still have no resolution. I would not recommend anybody waste their time or money in this establishment.
Absolute garbage.... Lettuce wilted... Tomatoes super thinly sliced, bread staled, meat of dubious quality.... Just sub par in every respect imaginable.... Just unbelievably not where they used to be just a couple of years ago... Not recommended if you value a decent meal.

I ordered the turkey and ranch delite. The sandwich had barely any of the veggies I asked for and barely any turkey on it (even though the sign in store says 50% more meat on this sandwich). Subway has gone done hill. If I could do 0 stars I would but can't so 1 star.
