  Extremely rude. The lady kicked me out in the middle of a transaction because it was 6pm. They told me my packages were there so I drove 45mins to get them only to be told they weren’t there and then I was kicked out. Worst company and facility ever.

  I ordered an item and nowhere did the ordering process tell me a signature would be required, so when my package delivery was attempted while I was at work, I had my package held at the facility. I walked in, simply gave my tracking number to the specialist and about 2 minutes later I received my package. Easy!
