  Store manager was Absolutely rude and spoke with a Nasty tone with no patience whatsoever. Very Rude all together. Which is unbelievable that she is the manager? Yikes. No customer service skills slamming..packages around very aggressively. As she was saying she was off of work.

  When Shauna is helping me, she stopped in the middle to assist a walk-in customer after me. If you’re helping one customer, why would you stop what you were doing with that person to assist someone who came in after the customer you are working with? It makes no sense. I had a reason to go a second day in a row, and she hollered at me to use the kiosk. The kiosk doesn’t work, and the manager walked out knowing there were people standing in line. I guess customer service isn’t the priority here.

  I’ve used this Fedex location for about 5 years now. I think it’s the best option in Tacoma. Staff is knowledgeable, they’ve always answered my questions, and helped me with shipping. That’s exactly what I expect out of a shipping office! FedEx prices are high, but they have no control of that. This is my go-to location.

  I was dreading taking a very large package (80 lb, 72-inch) to FedEx to ship back to the seller. As predicted, I was struggling to put it on a dolly outside when Shauna (FedEx Superhero) showed up, lifted it, got it inside, and gave me my tracking info in about 2 minutes. When I thanked her profusely, she simply said, "That's my job." Thank you, Shauna! Whatever they are paying you, it is not enough.
