  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I went there to have passport photos taken for my kids, and unfortunately, the service was terrible. The ladies working there were extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. I expected basic courtesy and customer service, especially when I was there with my children. The experience was frustrating and uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this location based on the way I was treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the customer service issues with the staff.

  I have been coming for years to this location. The staff is usually helpful and friendly. I encounter my first bad experience. To top it off it was with a manager name Emily. I'm not sure what her problem was but I will not be coming back

  08/03/26 8:30 am The employee that was working there was very rude and unprofessional.I walked in while another customer is leaving telling me to go someplace else...I asked for her assistance and she treated me like im some kind of stupid. Expecting you to do everything by yourself....

  Craig was extremely helpful and friendly. I’m not very familiar with shipping things and he made the process very stress free.
