  I visit FedEx locations across the state frequently due to work and I never know what I’m going to get. This is some of the best customer service I’ve received. I regret not getting the gentleman’s name who assisted me to give him some necessary recognition. Thanks buddy!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am so happy and grateful for Shauna’s help! She was very kind, patient, professional, and took the time to help me correct my product label. She listened carefully to my concerns and made the whole process much easier for me. My label looks so much better now, and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service.   Refused to let me pickup package because I don’t have a id or billing to show I live at the address. I showed my order receipt and conversation with the shipper to pickup here that shows my address and name on package. But guess they don’t allow that.
