  * 2020–2021 — they reformulated several breads during the “Eat Fresh Refresh” campaign, changing texture, sugar content, and baking methods. * 2023–2024 — additional changes to flatbread/wraps and faster-proofing dough rolled out in many stores. Just gross now. I never go back.

  1am writing to report an issue at a Subway location in Sultan, WA. On 04-21-26, I was charged for two sandwiches when I only ordered one. I attempted to contact the store to resolve the issue, but the phone number is not working or disconnected, making it impossible to address the problem directly with the location. This situation is unacceptable. Customers should not be overcharged, and stores should have a working phone line for support. 1 am requesting a refund for the incorrect charge and that this issue be reviewed with the staff at this location to prevent it from happening again and the employee was very rude

  I've been to many Subways but this one is the best by far. Can my wife and I spilt a 12-inch YES. Can you make the bacon extra crispy YES. Can we each choose condiments for our own half YES. Service was incredible and lunch was delicious.

  The guy working there acts like he hates his job. He threw my bread on the counter, moved slower than my grandmother when she makes sandwiches. how does he still have this job?
