    I'm from out of town and one young man was running the whole store for a while on his own. He did absolutely amazing with such a positive attitude from when we walked in to when I left. I didnt get his name but had short hair and it was about 10pm. Please give this young man a BIG RAISE! ✨️✨️✨️

    First of all, the two girls working there were very rude. Not only that, this is the second time they have gotten my order wrong. I will never be returning to this location. Nobody wants to drive back and fix a wrong order after they’ve already gotten home and settled in. For the price I paid, this experience was absolutely not worth it. Customers should expect accurate orders and decent customer service, especially when spending their hard-earned money. I’ve been to other Wingstop locations and the food was good, but for some reason the wings at this location were disappointing and did not taste fresh. Between the poor customer service, repeated order mistakes, and the quality of the food, this has been a frustrating experience. I would recommend going to a different Wingstop location.

    Very disappointed with our experience at Wingstop tonight. We placed a to-go order, drove all the way home, and realized half of our order was missing. Unfortunately, we trusted the employee when she handed us the bag and said everything was there, so we didn’t check before leaving. To make matters worse, the food we did receive was extremely salty and not enjoyable. When I called to explain the issue, I was told they couldn’t refund the missing items. I explained that I couldn’t drive all the way back that night because I had a meeting, and instead of trying to help or offer another solution, the manager, Susie, was argumentative and rude, basically saying there was nothing they could do. Mistakes happen, but customer service is what matters when they do. Being told everything was in the bag when it wasn’t, then being treated like the inconvenience was somehow my fault, was incredibly frustrating. Between the missing food, overly salty meal, and poor customer service, this was a very disappointing experience. I expected much better.

    The manager Justine is absolutely unprofessional. Her bad past she's using as an excuse to refuse a doordash order which customer was refused their food due to her canceling the order cause she wanted to throw a temper tantrum and doing it to people who had no part in her shady past. Do not go here she is by far the most unprofessional individual I've ever heard of or dealt with
