  The store itself is great, and the employees have always been friendly and helpful when they are open. Unfortunately, today was the third time I have arrived on a Saturday and the store was not open at the posted opening time. I understand that occasional delays happen, but three separate times points to an ongoing reliability issue. Hopefully management can get the Saturday opening schedule figured out, because otherwise this is a very good UPS Store.

  Thank you to all staff at this location! They were patient , polite, and unfazed by my difficulties with technology related to my item returns!! And while the store was super busy too! Much appreciated!
