  You guys suck, you deliver all my stuff to my neighbors house, half of my stuff is missing, and I’m quite upset about all this cause I specifically asked the driver Monday if I had packages and he said nothing for "turner" while at the same time taking all my stuff to my neighbors house… now half of my things are missing, I’ve called the Spokane police but they don’t care and I’ve reported it to management as well.. this is all bs!

  Awful experience with the customer representative. They were snappy, sharp, and unkind to me. Bad experience and likely will not visit again, even though I did purchase a large shipment with them.

  20 minutes on the line with an AI operator that doesn't know anything to speak to a real person and then you speak to a real person and is extremely rude because I don't want to give her my full name email address and phone number for them leaving open 100 mail boxes at an apartment building concerned citizen wasn't good enough

  Been going in for 5 years never had an issue
