  Me and my boyfriend came in and we ordered. Your new hire couldn't even make a sandwich right. I didn't catch her name but it was around 5pm on a Friday. My boyfriend even had to get her attention to take our order. I'm very disappointed because she made my boyfriends perfectly and made mine like trash. I took a few bites and threw it out immediately. I don't know why her whole vibe was off. But she even asked who's sandwich was who's which was even weirder. Pls hire better people or you'll keep losing customers... I won't be coming back to this location thank you.

  I was very disappointed I took my 12 year old son there today June 7th 2026 he wanted subway, it was 8 minutes till closing, they close at 7:00 p.m. we just saw a gentleman walk out of the door and when we came up to it we found the door locked, we saw the gentleman who was working behind the counter, and we tapped on the glass and said that we would like to purchase a sandwich he said we're closed because it's slow we just saw a gentleman walk out of the place and the food wasn't even torn down here's my son tapping on the glass, and I'm saying you are supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. and he continued to say we're closed very disappointed in the service I won't go to that location again. If your hours say that you're open to a certain time you should honor that time. Especially if you have a paying customer tapping on the door wanting to give you their money.

  Not once has this place ever gotten an order right. I ordered a tuna with bacon, lettuce, tomato, olives, and cucumber and I got just tuna and bacon. Another time I ordered the meatball sub and got a ham sandwich.

  Went to subway today, its a Friday so i order the meal deal of the day and they made me the turkey sandwich for Thursday and not the black forest ham one I mean I do feel like if your getting paid minimum wage which is almost 18 dollars an hour that you would of made the right sandwich im glad I didn't order a tuna sandwich probably would of gotten a meatball sub instead........
