  Was not good customer service… I understand people have bad days/ are going through stuff outside of work but as a server and bartender you have to choke that up sometimes or leave your job. Lady wasn’t nice whatsoever.

  I honestly don't understand why this store gets so much criticism. I've been coming here every Tuesday and Friday for the past two years. In all that time, I've only had one sandwich made incorrectly—and that one was my fault. I was chatting with the gray-haired gentleman (who is always friendly and polite) and forgot to ask for mustard and mayo. I've also stood in this store more times than I can count and watched customers berate the staff over the smallest things. One time, I watched a blonde-haired customer order her sandwich. The employee made it exactly the way she requested. Then, when she got to the register, she started yelling at him that it had been made wrong. If something wasn't right, why not say something while it was being made? And to the people who say, "I've been coming here forever, and it's never been a good experience..." then why do you keep coming back? lol From my perspective, the employees here have always been friendly, courteous, and hardworking. I think they deserve a lot more credit than they get. Sometimes I think it's the customers—not the staff—who need to do better.

  Ordered door dash and sandwich came wrong. Tried calling the store to place tell them I’m placing a new order for my food and to make sure they make it right and called 7 times and it rang once and they hung up or never answered.

  I always go to this subway because it is closest to me, and the sandwiches are always perfect. However, today I got a sandwich and holy COW it is probably the best subway sandwich ive ever had. A woman with orange/red hair up in a bun made my sandwich and i didnt catch her name, so i hope this gets to you somehow (i came in at 12:30PM on Saturday 06/06). You see, I get the Italian B.M.T every time because when I was a kid I lived within walking distance of the subway over in Mead, I went everyday after school and sports practice, and the B.M.T brings back memories of my childhood. The sandwich today was made exactly like how it used to taste/be made when I was a kid. Perfect portions, toasted perfectly, sauces are in every bite, it was folded and made with care, TOP tier. Go to this subway!!!! -Brady
