  this isn’t my first time getting a sandwich at this subway, but this is the first time that it took 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, with only us in line. the worker, someone that had her hair sloppily put into a pony tail with hairs sticking out, and a dirty my hero academia shirt, took a while to make our sandwiches, and had zero care for cross contamination, not changing gloves between any of the ingredients. i found ingredients that i didn’t ask for in my sandwich. i understand the make your own sandwich thing, but at least make sure that nothing the customer didn’t want is on there. allergys must be a mess here at this subway. if you’re the girl working, please find a different job that can go at your pace

  wanted a sandwich before heading home after groceries, around 4pm the most horrendous employee took her sweet time making my sandwich, very obviously didn’t want to be there. it’s as if i was inconveniencing her!!! she had blue hair, whatever employee worked at 4pm on 5/13/26 i hope you find a different job, one where you don’t take it out on customers.

  I ordered from the app a pretty basic sandwich. Not only was my order cold when I got there (I ordered toasted sandwich) but many of the ingredients were missing or wrong. I had ordered the Raspberry Cheesecake cookies and received stale chocolate chip cookies. The person working there was a whole other issue as well. It's 1:30 PM on a Monday and they're already closing. I had rung the bell twice to get the attention as I saw my sandwich sitting behind the counter and she had come out from the back rudely to tell me they were closed. She then had a very sour attitude while I explained that I ordered a sandwich and was here to pick it up. She was then rude to the other patron and Walmart Employee who was standing there as well. The whole interaction was unprofessional and very upsetting.

  After ordering went to the bathroom to find out.There is no bath , soap or towels to wash hands. Owner or manager said that they don't have a way to put soap in their restaurant.The button was broke. They were barely hanging on with business, and they don't use soap. The employees themselves... Very disturbing. My sandwich case did good. Although I had a hard time eating at knowing this hoping. I don't get sick. Nobody in restaurant but one person me
