  We went in to get lunch for our kids and ourselves. We were ordering five sandwiches, which was for kids, so a little slow. They were not busy however one of the workers, Brooke, was rude. We felt like us being there was an inconvenience for her. The other gal was great, friendly and helpful. However it is very difficult to feel welcome or to want to return.

  I stopped by this location on June 4th around 3 PM and had a really pleasant experience. 😊 The young employee who helped me was fantastic, even though I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. I had a coupon from an email, but we couldn’t get it to work for some reason. Despite that, I still decided to order two sandwiches. 🥪 The employee was extremely polite, helpful, and worked very efficiently, which I really appreciated. The food itself tasted great and was made just right. The atmosphere wasn’t anything special since it’s inside Walmart, but the service definitely made up for it. 👍 Overall, I’d happily recommend this Subway location!

  I always go to this subway because its convenient on my route, 2 of the 3 girls I've seen working are always nice and interact with you . But on 2 separate occasions there has been a boy named Caleb that has made the lunches for my office. First time I ordered 2 hot sandwiches for the office because it was a cold Saturday and wanted a hot meal, got back to work and the cheese was barely warmed. So the next office lunch run I mentioned it to one of the girls that was working. , she apologized which was appreciated. Today, months later I go in and order 3 hot sandwiches for the office all the exact same no complications. I notice that it will be Caleb as the sandwich maker, he takes 2 of the sandwiches to put in the oven to toast before I had to remind him to add the cheese, and then pushes the button for 1 sandwich which is 45 seconds and then stops the timer at 30 seconds left. I had to ask the girl to put them back in the oven so that they could at least melt the cheese. the 3rd sandwich he puts in for the full 45 seconds then takes it out and adds more time. These 3 identical sandwiches which have only 4 ingredients on them took 10 minutes to make because he puts everything on one singular piece at a time. it was like watching a sloth work. WARNING: If you go into this store and Caleb is working you have enough time to drive to the Southhill subway, order and get back to work before he would finished making your lunch wrong.

  I eat lunch there about twice a week. The girls that work there are always polite and efficient..... And fast. The manager helps out when there busy . They know what customer service means.
