  It would be great if they had a local number to talk to a real person not some AI bs. If you ask to speak with someone it just sends you to some dude from India who cant understand you. This has got to be some of the worst customer service ever. No help with my issue. Thanks for nothing.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. They lost my package so I called FedEx and I can't even speak with a human. I get a robot answering machine giving me the runaround. Well done FedEx.
