I'd give zero stars if I could. They lost my package so I called FedEx and I can't even speak with a human. I get a robot answering machine giving me the runaround. Well done FedEx.

What used to be a good business model - Kinko’s and FedEx office has turned into a giant bureaucracy. What a mess of a company. Use the alternative.

Fed ex delivery driver/ truck performed a hit and run on my vehicle in nine mile falls. It has been next to impossible to find any one to help claim responsibility I’ve gone in storefront locations to try to get assistance, called, spoken to Indian call center representatives that did not understand the situation at all, will be filling a police report for hit and run if I don’t get the issue taken care of in a timely manner

"Absolutely pathetic service. My package was supposed to be delivered today, and I stayed home specifically to receive it. I watched the driver pull up, take a photo of my house through his window, and drive off. He didn't knock, didn't ring the bell, and didn't even try to step out of the vehicle.
Then I get a notification saying "delivery attempt failed — customer not available." This is a complete LIE. When I called support, they put me on hold for an hour and offered zero help, just told me to 'wait until Monday.!
FedEx is paying drivers to fake deliveries instead of doing their jobs. If you want your packages delivered by honest people, use UPS or anyone else. This is the last time I use FedEx. I demand a redelivery today or an immediate explanation from the local statior ager."
