  June 5th, 7:07PM. A FedEx Multi-Stop-Truck drove past my home, speeding, and without an adequate exhaust system. This is not appropriate, it was EXTREMELY LOUD!!! It was enough to rattle my entire home, with the driver CLEARLY exceeding the speed limit PAST. a school bus stop. Fed-Ex does not have a general query email, so I'm leaving an email. FIX YOUR TRUCKS AND STOP SPEEDING !!!! ONE STAR!!

  Unable to get accurate information on packages and regularly unable to use the 'manage delivery' tool as when I try, an error is thrown. When I try to contact a representative, the automated system repeatedly fails to perform the call transfer.l forcing me to start at the beginning of the phone tree.
