⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I want to give kudos to Perry who assisted me in purchasing supplies to get ready for a last minute presentation. (8/20/27) It was because of his customer service that I returned to ship comfort items/gifts back home that would not for in my luggage. I am a first responder that came across the world to support a local disaster in Spokane. (8/21) I lost my tracking number and called the store for that information. The associate who helped me (approx 1:25pm PDT) was patient and was able to locate it after I verified some information. She was kind, patient and I could tell I had her full attention on the call. This is a lost art in the modern day and I saw that this wasn’t just the store manager, this was imbedded in the culture of this location. (8/24) Next time I am in Spokane and I need to make a ship something or purchase supplies I am going to prioritize this location. Thank you all for your service from the National Capital and sister city (Washington, DC). I am home safe and trust my package will as well.

Fast and efficient service. There is lot and street parking. The store has printing, some stationery, as well as pack and ship services. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
