  Rude when you need help. And didn’t set up direct payments even though the previous time we set it up. Felt like they’re scamming for reconnect fee.

  I was shocked to walk in and see the young woman at the desk laid down on the table. I usually don't leave reviews but the appalling customer service experience that I had warranted me to mention it. I do not know how this woman still has a job here. She did not greet me or even notice me...and once she did she appeared bored and as if she would rather be anywhere else. I would highly encourage management to have a sit down conversation with this young woman because I walked in intending to give the business of myself and that of my entire family to Cricket...after my experience with her my only intention is to advise everyone I know not to work with this company or at the very least, this store. I think her name is alliyah and I just sincerely hope a discussion is had because this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Cricket needs to be more mindful for who they hire and who they keep employed.

  Called and I get hello ........... silence had to ask did I call the right number? I got who you calling really couldn't just say hello cricket wireless or something not who you calling .
