  Spent over $400 for 2 night and ended up with no free place to park out one vehicle. We were willing to pay for the extra parking snd the say it's full. We had to be up at 7am to move our ride from the coop parking. For the price its absolutely insane to havr to pay to park.

  Used this hotel to grab a few hours of sleep after a late night amtrak arrival. Great hotel. Very clean, super comfortable beds and a nice 12 noon check out. Joe the night auditor was fantastic at check in. If I'm ever in the area again, I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

  I had a really great experience staying at Best Western! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Bela at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. The free cookies in the lobby in the evening and the delicious breakfast with hot food options were definitely my favorite parts of the stay. The staff were also very accommodating and always willing to assist with any requests or questions, especially when it came to the food. I also tried their gym, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean it was. They have a good variety of gym equipment, so you can still get a decent workout in while traveling. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay from start to finish. The little details, friendly service, and clean facilities really made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

  Great place to stay if ya have an event by the Spokane Convention center. Just a block or so away. Great service by the staff! The complementary breakfast is great (at least it's provided, unlike other hotels near by). Parking can be a challenge for larger vehicles.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. We were here for three nights, and the staff were very nice, accommodating, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Even the beds were a lot better than other Best Westerns we have stayed at before. There were a lot of people staying there, yet, for the most part, the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was the usual Best Western fare, no surprises. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the Spokane area.
