  The store may be fine, generally, but the employee who helped me Monday morning 4/20 at 8:45 am needs a lesson in customer service. She ignored customers in line as she moved packages around, taking her time. Then, when she finally finished, she very coldly told me to do my returns myself (at the kiosk.) If UPS wants to encourage this behavior in customers, that's one thing, but there are ways to talk to customers that aren't off-putting.

  Terrible experience, was told i could have packages delivered here and picked up for a 5 dollar fee only to show up and get told they dont take packages and that my stuff wasn't there. Which is a lie considering there is a photo of the packages in their package area from amazon themselves.

  They're always very helpful and polite and quick with what they're doing and also patient in doing what they're doing with customers and that's very much appreciated they're kindness goes a long ways.
