  Not pleased with the run around with trying to talk to a live agent that knows what they’re doing. Settlement was unsatisfactory and I will be changing to a different insurance company.

  When I struggled to even get a call back from other agencies after being cancelled due to being in a wildfire risk area, I happened to call this agency. I had the good fortune to connect with Liz Rivera. Liz communicated throughout her search, and ultimately came up with a workable solution. I sincerely appreciate the support and excellent service provided. Would absolutely recommend to do business with.

  My limited experience with Greg Schlagel Allstate was with shopping around trying to find the best priced coverage for the exact coverage that I wanted from any insurance company. I shopped around to probably 20+ different agencies (local and national both) and ultimately came back to Greg’s/Allstate. They helped me execute a policy quickly and easily and was able to save 35% off my old policy with Progressive on my 5 vehicles. So far that is my experience on the front end. I have not had to file any claims yet, so we’ll see how that experience goes, if it happens.
