  I teach my children that the older children protect the younger. The people at Greg Schlagel treat me like a younger sibling, they protect me. They are truly interested in protecting me instead of selling me a product. They answer the phone as opposed to be passed around with myriad of press this button for ______. They explain things to me without making me feel old or stupid. I actually look forward to talking to them.
