  I'm a single mom of 4 and my income it's not what it used to be since my husband died and I tried to go to other cell phone businesses and they made me feel awful but I went to cricket on Sprague it was so inviting the people were all courteous to me very attentive and humble made my rambunctious kids feel right at home I wasn't embarrassed about my finances they helped me with my phone and something I could afford! I appreciate you T.G AND CRICKETsworkers

  Every time I come here to pay my bill they take forever to get to me today I was told to leave because they were dealing with the customer and it was going to be more than 30 minutes I live all the way up on the South Hill like I want to drive back down just to pay my bill. Good way to lose a really long existing customer. Do better.
