  Good service and fair prices, but they have seem to have terrible customer service at this location and a few others, a while ago when I was thinking about upgrading I had a few questions and they seemed to ignore the specs I was wanting on my phone and directed me towards something different, I ended up doing my own research and ordering the phone offline cause my request were ignored, and now that I try to contact the store for a few days now during my work breaks, they don't ever want to answer their phones, 7 missed calls to this location, great customer service guys!

  I bought a Moto Edge but forgot the password, so an associate at the Spokane Valley helped me bypass the screen lock and remove the password option in my settings. He's was quick and friendly. Thanks for helping me!

  The staff was EXTREMELY patient with the customers. It was a revolving door of everyone's Grandma's completely confused. I was overly impressed with the kindness and genuine customer service. The 2 people on staff were phenomenal.
