  This entire company is a joke and most reps are dismissive. Online reps tell you to contact cricket via phone and the phone reps tell you to go in person and the store reps tell you to go online. Reps provide misinformation and then don’t do anything to rectify the situation. Every rep claims that they aren’t able to help and that you need to contact someone else. What you save in money today will cost you in inconvenience later.

  I want to give a shout out to Jay. He helped me when my new phone locked me out for 2nd time in 2 weeks. I called 611 but after being on hold 10 minutes they hung up on me. Jay did some research figured out what was wrong with my Sim card and fixed it had me out the door in 15 minutes. Thank you Jay at this Cricket location .
