  Needed a passport photo for a 18 month child, decided to stop by here after failing at three other places. Walgreens employee just told us to come back when the child is having a better day, hard to blame them in a situation like this. Emma at the UPS store though, what a professional!! Emma was understanding of my frustration, very kind, very patient. It took her multiple attempts, she kept coming back with with the same positive effort and a smile, she brought several stickers to encourage my child. Eventually she got us a great passport photo. Quality employees with good inter-personal skills are rare these days, it felt so good to get such great help to finally get this photo after 3 months of trying. Couldnt possibly recommend this UPS store any higher.

  Huge shoutout to Brady at the UPS Store! My wife had a large number of Amazon returns and accidentally mixed up several items. Brady was incredibly patient and helpful—way beyond what we expected. He took the time to sort everything out with a positive attitude and made a stressful situation so much easier. UPS is lucky to have him, and he absolutely deserves extra recognition for his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Brady!
