  The customer service at the 1877 Store (in Snohomish on Ave D) is so great. Debbie and Anna were super helpful and took time to answer my questions. Anna helped me in the store one day and Debbie helped me on the phone the following day. It’s so nice to be able to call a place of business and talk to a human! Thank you for the great customer service!

  We always have such a great experience at The UPS Store in Snohomish! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and makes the entire process so easy. It’s refreshing to receive genuinely great customer service. We have been coming for years and highly recommend this location!

  Super fast service, but learned they can’t do color copies of passports without certifying it’s correct and accurate - which is $15/ page. If you have a need of color copies of your passport, it’s best to go elsewhere.

  The most important reason for giving this rating is due to Brady, at the Snohomish store. He was awesome especially for being there so early in the morning. He was patient, he taught me about tape sizes for shipping. It was my first sale from my online store I was shipping a shirt. I also did an Amazon return. My little boy is 3 and very feral. Brady offered him a sticker and the really helped momma (me) out. He also showed me what I should be using for shipping different sized items. His whole vibe and energy was confident. You could tell he really knew what he was doing. He could tell I needed help without me having to ask. And not like this is relevant but his taste in music was awesome too. Give this man a raise!! Thank you, Brady for such a smoothe experience shipping my first order. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 10 stars.
