  Went in for a passport photo on a Sunday. The young woman working was alone in the store … she multi tasked and handled multiple customers better than anyone I’ve seen in soooooo long. I became the most patient person when in reality I’m not, because she exhibited qualities you don’t normally see. Hats off to the normal Sunday employee, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name you deserve stellar recognition. Thank you for showing myself and others that great customer service is still a possibility these days. She deserves. A raise especially being a young mom!!

  Great experience at The UPS Store today! We went in to get passport photos printed for my small children, and Shawn was super helpful! I’ll definitely recommend this location as the place to go for passport photos!

  These people are so rude. I’ve been there twice and never again. The staff don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. I tried to say hello and got no response. I provided a bit of gentle feedback that it was a bit disappointing to not even be acknowledged as a customer. She acted like I was the one in the wrong and just stared me down. Never said a word during the whole interaction. I actively avoid this place and drive to Poulsbo instead.

  I was helped by Alexis at the store in Silverdale right next to Pizza Hut. She was very helpful super nice and took her time getting me The correct information. I had a big issue with UPS dropping off my phone out of the drop off time and she got me the phone number to contact and I was very thankful for her so I appreciate you. I also wanted to say thank you to Azi At the call center she was very helpful too and I was very thankful for her to take her time and also to get a message to the dispatch I think is what it’s called to deliver my phone with a second chance thank you.
