  Five-star service — honestly, ten-star service — from both the woman and gentleman working at FedEx Office in Silverdale on Tuesday night. I came in to pick up a custom poster, but because the size I had ordered couldn’t be produced in-house, the woman working there immediately offered another solution and printed it in a different size for me. Both of them went above and beyond and stayed well past closing to make sure I had it finished, knowing I was leaving on a trip the next morning. I didn’t catch their names, but they absolutely deserve a shout-out. Incredible customer service from both of them. Double five stars. Thank you!

  I have been using this FedEx office for over 20 years, and their attention to detail and the crispness of their printing (note cards and banners) are exceptional. I would highly recommend Shawn and her team. Great communication, response, and beautiful product. Job well done! 🙏👍🥳

  My old printer is basically a doorstop. I needed some art copies done for a collage ptoject ( public domain). I used the self copy machines and needed some instruction. The staff was wonderful in explaining how to acheive whay I wanted to do. I really appreciated the time spent.
