    I had a great experience at this UPS Store and would like to thank Danny for his excellent customer service. I was returning several items from a recent home renovation project, and he made the entire process easy. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure everything was packed securely. What stood out most was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. I really appreciated the time and care he took to help me get everything packaged and returned safely. The level of customer service he provided made all the difference.

    I came here to return an Amazon package. The return service itself was free, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to be charged $5 just for tape to seal the package. It seemed a bit expensive.
