  Good with shipping and printing docs, but terrible at scanning photos. Machine would add white background to conform to 8.5x11 or legal size paper not matter what and you need to login into Dropbox for every individual photo you scan.

  This experience was absolutely delightful We walked into FedEx about 30 minutes before closing with a school project that was… not simple. I had already accepted that we’d have to come back the next day. My daughter was stressed, worried about missing her deadline, and honestly on the verge of panic. Enter Felix… What happened next felt like watching a master at work. He took a somewhat complicated, last-minute request and handled it with calm, confidence, and incredible efficiency. Not only did he get everything done before closing, but he also made smart recommendations that actually saved us money. Who does that?? My daughter walked out completely transformed. She went from anxious and upset to literally skipping out the door, smiling and relieved. Felix saved the day. FedEx, if you’re reading this: this is the kind of employee you hold onto. Absolute rockstar.

  Whenever I visit this location, I am greeted with a friendly smile and no matter what I'm there for (Printing, passport photo, copies) the service is wonderful.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but can’t believe the incredible service I got from Victoria. I went in to print a complicated project. It would have taken me hours to do myself on self-service. Victoria stepped in and went out of her way to help me get it done in less than an hour so that I could run to the post office and mail it. And, she saved me money in the process. So kind and helpful—the best customer service I've had in a long time.
