  We just stopped in for lunch. We had a quick question and Kara was very helpful in explaining the meal of the day. Kara was also helpful in ringing up our order for each of us getting what we wanted. She also refilled the Pepsi machine promptly when we needed it. Kara’s all around demeanor was helpful and friendly. Her customer service is excellent.

  One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had and that says a lot coming from someone who has been in the industry for 14 years. I placed an online pick up order, came a few mins after the order should have been ready. When I walked in, there were 2 employees behind the counter and no other customers. Not once did the employees look up from what they were doing to greet me. A few minutes pass and another employee emerges from the back, makes eye contact, I smile, and he says nothing. A few minutes pass and finally one of the employees asks if I was picking up and order and what my name was. She grabs it, and says “here you go” and walks away and starts taking to her coworker. I’m sorry, but y’all couldn’t at least say hello or thank you? NEVER returning to this establishment again. Management, you might want to take some time to retrain employees on what customer service actually means.

  I decided to cheat on my diet and went to my local subway (Olympic hwy n) two people in front of me were getting sandwiches made and I noticed the man making the sandwichs nose was actually dripping on the sandwich. The man in front of me said something to the worker about it and he said I don't have a cold it's just allergies! I turned around to leave and to other customers left the store with me! This certainly needs to be addressed. I plan on going there this morning to talk to the manager.

  I had to pee so bad I almost peed my pants but the restroom is for customers only which I understand. My issue is that the girl insisted I buy something first so I just gave her my money because like I said, I nearly peed my pants. I'm sure she would've been pretty grossed out if she would've had to clean up a bunch of piss off the floor......

  I placed an online order earlier today at 12:23pm per the confirmation from the order I placed and immediately noticed I had the wrong location put in. I called immediately at 12:24pm, a minute from the order confirmation, and explained that it had been incorrect and to please cancel the order. The person I got on the phone said that the order had already been done and they are not allowed to refund an order that they have already completed. I’m very confused how an order placed a minute prior could already be done and even more confused about this policy? I work In Olympia and there was no way I could have even gotten to this location and back for my lunch hour and I just cannot comprehend how they can refuse to refund an order and was placed a minute prior to the call to cancel and say it’s already completed. I was told that the owners name was Justin and to contact him because this is his policy and the staff was in trouble the last time they refunded someone for a similar situation. I’m sorry but that’s an absolute joke and terrible customer service. Sent in something through the app so hopefully I’ll still get refunded somehow but this is just embarrassing as an establishment.
