I placed an online order earlier today at 12:23pm per the confirmation from the order I placed and immediately noticed I had the wrong location put in. I called immediately at 12:24pm, a minute from the order confirmation, and explained that it had been incorrect and to please cancel the order. The person I got on the phone said that the order had already been done and they are not allowed to refund an order that they have already completed. I’m very confused how an order placed a minute prior could already be done and even more confused about this policy? I work In Olympia and there was no way I could have even gotten to this location and back for my lunch hour and I just cannot comprehend how they can refuse to refund an order and was placed a minute prior to the call to cancel and say it’s already completed. I was told that the owners name was Justin and to contact him because this is his policy and the staff was in trouble the last time they refunded someone for a similar situation. I’m sorry but that’s an absolute joke and terrible customer service. Sent in something through the app so hopefully I’ll still get refunded somehow but this is just embarrassing as an establishment.

I rarely give a poor review but for the second time I was completely grossed out by my experience. Last month my son wanted Subway so I said sure. We went in and the worker looked deathly ill. Sweating, coughing, short of breathe, the whole works. I was disgusted and didnt order. Today, my son wanted to go again and I decided to roll the dice. When I walked in I didn't see the sick guy so I was hopeful. But then while my sandwich was being made, a fly landed on it. I told the worker who then clapped his hands to kill the fly as it flew off of my sandwich.... but then he wrapped my sandwich and sold it to me. I was honestly just to taken aback to say anything. I paid for it and threw it in the trash.
I'm not sure who's managing this place or its cleanliness, but wow is it not worth it.
Also, and its not about the money but I got a 6 inch and my son a 12 inch, both meals, and the total was $34 before tip. $34 dollars for 18 inches of sandwich for which 6 of it had a bug and I couldn't eat it.

Not real busy, friendly servers.
Fast, but skimpy toppings on our online order. Also some of our toppings were missing altogether. Not planning on going back.
I just wanted to say what an absolute rockstar of an employee you have working here. I believe her name is Kayla? I dont know why my sandwich always tastes better when she makes it but it does. I always get the same sub and she just asks if I want my usual and she nails it everytime. Her attention to detail, customer service and overall great attitude is why I keep coming back here.
