quite disappointed. It's hit and miss with this location. the employees are super cheerful but the last time I visited the (older) guy must not be able to read... I have consistently ordered extra beef and gotten it. This time, well, super skimpy. I ordered it well ahead of time and the order was not ready when I got there, too. Not the employees fault. management needs to hire more competent workers. It's not easy to find the manager either as I had hoped to get a free remake. Nope, he's not there at least when I've gone there. No more.
The kids in here are Awesome.

Atmosphere was fine, service was okay, these two issues weren’t a reason to go or avoid, but the food? When did subway change their slogan from “eat fresh” to “eat bread”? My kids ordered extra portions of meat and have minuscule portions that gave them both Oliver Twist face as they asked if that was it. Apparently the answer was a resounding yes, leaving us hungry and $60 lighter in the process. A fun treat for our family of 5 after a busy day left everyone disappointed, hungry and annoyed. They could’ve warned us that they brought back Jared to screw with more kids, I’d have stayed further away. This meal was worth negative stars, the only filling part about it for any of us was a feeling of regret.

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and the person preparing walked away with it in the oven and did not come back. Another person asked what i would like. I told him my sandwich was burning in the oven. He takes it out smoking and asks if I want it. I asked for a new one. When they asked about toppings, another person squirted about a 3rd of the bottle of mayo on it and a huge fistful if banana peppers. By this time I just wanted to go, but for some reason still paid $18 including tip for a gross sandwich i threw away. I went in to speak to mgr a week later about this bad experience. He never called me so here i am writing a review about how awful this was!

Ordering here using the app is the most frustrating experience. Many coupons that appear available in the app don’t work because apparently owner has turned some off, and there’s absolutely zero transparency about which deals are actually accepted in the app. They all appear available so I end up wasting time ordering only to find out that my coupon isn't accepted and I have to start over. The app itself is glitchy, logs you out randomly, and gives confusing incorrect information about store hours. While I understand that's out of their control it still affect the ordering experience making it absolutely miserable. No issues with the staff, the problem is with the owner/store management/app. Not accepting certain coupons is already lame, but even worse is when you have to order having no idea which ones will actually work. In short, the ordering is experience is very disappointing and leaves a lot to be desired.
