  What is the point of this place? A UPS store that can't keep track of UPS packages or print UPS labels without exorbitant fees? And the staff are generally useless even for simple inquiries. No thanks all around.

  This is a long review, but it was worth the time to write it. I had to return 3 separate Amazon items to UPS. The return was the pita type that requires you to print out the labels for the items to return them. I called the store and spoke with Babs about the return and she was quick to explain what they could do, polite and willing to help. When I came in, I had the pleasure of having Babs help me in person. Not only is she super cute, she was super nice and took care of everything for me in about 5 minutes. I’ll be driving out of my way to this UPS if I have to return anything to them again. Or if I can make a good excuse to use UPS at all. The other reps seemed nice as well and had the people they were helping taken care of before I was done with my returns. Definitely go by here if you need to use UPS for anything.

  Very frustrating experience. My passport photo was taken incorrectly, and the store refused a refund unless my application was rejected, which makes no sense. They only offered a retake at the same location, with slow 24-hour responses and no real effort to fix their mistake. They also didn’t understand the urgency of needing a correct passport photo. I would not recommend this location for passport photos.

  Took my passport/visa photo here for $25 and turned out the photo was not usable (there were shadows in the background) and I had to take new ones at the embassy.

  Apparently holding a package is just too hard for them to do. No explanation as to why, but now I gotta hope that the driver swings by my place after I get off of work so I can get my freaking package, otherwise I get to play the fun "my box is trapped in UPS limbo" game that everyone loves *so* much. No clue as to when that'll be, either, just "sometime". Here's the kicker, the store is literally less than a block from my house. The driver could literally just swing by there, all they have to do is just let it sit there until I come by right after work. And y'all wonder why everyone hates you guys so much? It's cuz you have no common sense.
